Ray of Light is a great yoga (not even being shady, it really IS) album, but there's a lot of tracks that really go nowhere. Not saying that pop music has to be loud, abrasive, or even upbeat. It's just that I feel like its brilliance is very much overstated because of that reason. It's a great album though, probably better than BTW but that wasn't the point of the OP.

It's my favorite album of all time considering it has the song that's my ultimate favorite song of all time. HML
