samsung should reconstruct their business. their products are really low quality. we've had samsung products from refrigerator, washing machine to smartphones and all of them only lasted for a couple of years. i'm not an apple fan but my first generation ipod touch my dad gave me last 2007 is still with me and in very good condition. woah 9 years and counting! amazing! seriously, samsung needs extensive quality programs. my samsung note just retired today. i brought it to a service center but the repair fee is not worth it. so, goodbye samsung! i will be going back to using good old sony.
