I don't see anything there that suggests she is willing to release them to the court? If you accuse a person of a serious crime like rape you kinda have to provide evidence to substantiate your claim, especially when there's a possibility you may have other motives. The court's ordered her to provide her records so she should comply

Literally there's an article (and thread) that was written BEFORE this saying Luke and his team HAS her medical records and will use them publicly, after Kesha asking him to keep it private. Like they're going back to court on the 16th REGARDING HER MEDICAL RECORDS for goodness sake. Luke's done, move on....
