Well of course!! If Katy had released Perfect Illusion it would have been a streaming/digital/monster hit. If Gaga were to succeed, she'd have to run to Sia/Max Martin. I am proud of her resilience! The rules are different for Joanne, which is why I am she didn't follow them this time around.
