When it comes to thinking of hard-working artists, nobody thinks of Rihanna first. And the comment about getting someone younger isn't shade. The industry is ageist -- especially when women are reaching or are in their thirties (aka Rihanna). If they want to give a younger, new hardworking artist a new opportunity then there's nothing wrong with that
