Did/is anyone having the same problem?

I basically don't get messages/calls until u launch the app, whoever sends me a message only sees 1 tick, as if i don't have a connection.

I deleted and re installed the app a lot of times, i also did a reset to my whole phone :/

any help?!

I seem to be having this issue too, it comes and goes. Really frustrating!

I had this issue once months ago, I just restarted my phone and it worked again. Try reinstalling it if that doesn't work I guess

Yeah, I have it sometimes too if I don't use for an hour or more Wtf even?

It happens to me occasionally when I'm on mobile data.

I did 8 times already.

Why would I?

mine stops after 3 minutes from closeing the app

I tried on both, and both are the same, even tho my mobile data is high speed unlimited LTE :/

Is background app refresh turned on?

That only happen to Apple Products, I believe

I have been sending emergency message to him. God Knows how long it took him to see the message because there is no notifications alert unless you open whatsapp

PS: I get some notifications each 30-40 minutes!

Never happened to me tbh!!

I wated to ask here, because we're more active and almost everyone uses it so i thought some people might help or have had the same problem

plus whatsapp either doesn't answer or they tell you the same things as their FAQ page.
