Every single one of those artist's are professionals in their own lane.
Madonna, her production values and theatrics are like none other.
Janet, the best female dancer but vocals isn't one of her strength.
Tina is in her 70s and could outperform these new pop girls.
Beyonce technically has superior vocals, is an exceptional dancer, and also like Madonna, brings imagery and theatrics to the table. She's extremely versatile.

I have respect for all four, but I just can't bring myself to be impressed by an artist without vocals. So Bey > Tina > Janet/Madge.

for all the praise these dancers get (sorry, but that's mainly what they are) they're not artists.

they are performers.

madonna is a performance artist. the other girls just lack the art. remove the choreo for some women and what do you have? nothing. remove the voice (or tape) for some, and you have nothing. there is no personality.

tina is an exception. love her.

for the amazing performances the other girls have, they just arent interesting to me. what bey is doing now is what you'll see her doing in 20yrs and i love her for it, but ive seen janet now and it's just the same thing. see one show & you've seen them all. and don't come at madonna with the props excuse. she's at her best by herself, without a production

for me it's Janet = Beyonce > Tina > Madonna.

Janet and Beyonce cancel each other out because Janet can dance better than Bey and Bey can sing better than Janet. Tina is amazing. Madonna never really struck me as a great performer in that she just never caught my eye. I always saw her more of a visual artist in terms of controversy in music videos - pushing the envelope in terms of moral values. Other than that she never captivated me as a performer.
