Main: Egg beaters, regular eggs or cereal
Optional side 1: Toast, bacon, pancake(s) or a waffle
Optional side 2: Grapes, diced peaches, pineapple or an apple
Unless it's a late breakfast and I have eggs, I usually have nothing. If I have a lot of classes with no break I do force myself to have like one toast.
Good carbs (whole grain bread or brown rice) as well as fruits (mainly banana, tomato or avocados) and lean meat (chicken breast). I know I should add vegetables but aint no body got time for that.
