Have you ever heard of The Mandela Effect?
To put it in simple terms, it's basically when many people remember having memory of something but it isn't the "reality".
Some theorists believe the cause of this is that time traveling affected and changed events in our world. Others believe we just switched and got into a parallel universe. Even doctors have certain medical theories about this.

The most famous case is The "Berenstein" Bears. Most of us remember it being Berenstein but apparently it's The Berenstain Bears.

Another case is Oscar "Meyer". I've always remembered it being with 'E' but it's with an 'A'. OSCAR MAYER.

The spelling ones are dumb because there are names of certain brands and well known people that hardly anyone can spell
I think with a lot of them, like "Sinbad played a genie", it's something that sounds familiar when you hear it, like something that could have easily happened, but ultimately it didn't. The realistic-ness of how it sounded tricks you into thinking you remember it occurring.

I always thought this was just people not paying attention to Brand logos, or just misquoted movie scenes but what ****ed me up and made me believe in it was the "Mona Lisa" Mandela effect, the barenstein bear one cause I remember clearly how difficult it was for me to spell it in 2nd grade and having to learn how to correctly spell it and the fact that We are the Champions by queen doesn't end in "of the world" but that may just be me

Some things may be reaching. But I still believe certain things, like Snow White. I mean why does Disney have released 'mirror, mirror' merchandise in their early days and why does most EU translated versions have an literal translation of 'Mirror Mirror'? If the movie always said 'Magic Mirror'? It would not make sense.

Weirdest thing that ever happened to me was when I thought an item of mine was missing when it ended up being there in plain sight this whole time. I was sure it was the mandela effect.
