That people assumed she was talking about black people says more about them than it says about her. The whole superpredators/crime bill fake outrage from liberals who were born after the bill was signed/racist Trump supporters has been one of the more irritating things about this election. That hail mary didn't work for Bernie's people and it won't work for Trump's people either.

Don't be dense. That term was used to refer to the gangs, black gangs, just following the crack-cocaine epidemic. Which, by association, is transferred to speak on Black people. Please don't downplay how speech like that is translated into actual persecution and discrimination towards black folk from judicial systems.
I guess you may be Black yourself which is
concerning to say the least, but here in England where we are...quite literally the forgotten aspect and where criminal neglicence is enacted in private and away from an overt spotlight. Where we are demonised in all aspects; where other minorities tend to use Respectability Politics on us; where we are never treated with equity (yes i meant that) with any other minority group. Where a protest by BLM was reduced into "why does black people moan and call us racist...this is reverse racism".
Zero-tolerance policing, a favoured implementation by Bill Bratton, Hillary's lil chum, was established by our-new Prime Minister who started to target the "underclass" and those who delve into criminal activities bc on poverty line i.e. white underclass and BLACK folk. So, do you see here a sequence? Stemming from HRC's comment to how we are then treated in our countries? By our Policing forces?
