Samsung is really disgusting for trying to cover up something that could kill many of their users.

Also, touchwiz is really good right now.

My options are Samsung, Sony and the new Pixels. The others just doesn't compare.

I have to consider support as well. iPhones have great support. Majority of Android makers doesn't have that.

You should consider Pixels. However, Google does have bad reps on hardware support

Also, the new jet black iPhone looks BEAUTIFUL. The finish is honestly amazing, the way the screen flows onto the back of the phone and you can't even tell where the bezel ends and the housing starts. I've had mine for almost three weeks and have no scratches yet.

Anyways, Samsung should get rid of the Note 7 altogether. Give the people their money back and move on to the Note 8, but make sure that it doesn't explode.

Nothing running on a battery is ever 100% safe but this is ridiculous. You'd have to be a fool to buy a Note 7. An honest to god fool. Not even just now. I would have been turned off after the first round and I would have insisted on a different phone replacement.

People keep posting the same articles from the either the original or the 3G/3GS.

The reason why that never made huge headlines because it was one or two phones out of the whole batch. And in the end, it was mostly user error (overheating, no chance to breathe).

I mean, most cases of reported iPhones comes from "I had it in my backpocket sitting down" or "I kept it under my pillow" or something.

Not "it was in my front pocket" or "it was sitting on the bench" like c'mon now.
