i love Jay so much
i remember back in the 2011 tumblr days, EVERYBODY used to reblog his pics. he was the finest asian i ever saw, lawd
and i was binge watching everything (like all his earlier singles pre 2013) and its so crazy and great to see how much he's changed as an artist. he could have stayed being a teen idol and making that kind of music (Joah still is a massive bop) but he wanted to go the mature route and stuck to it. i literally love his sound so much. from U Know to City Breeze, his sound just changes but his voice and the way he carries tracks go with it perfectly.
i really want him to break out soon, and i hope Aquaman can be the start of it. if he ever collabed with Ariana, my heart would SHAKE
