I read the entire article and I don't really think it's an incident related to race... White girl was charged as well and she was charged first. There were given examples of same situations among all-black and all-white teenage couples. It's just shows how ridiculous Americans laws are.
Also how dumb you have to be to turn your daughter's boyfriend to the police and make your daughter charged as well?
I get that they got mad that their under-aged daughter is sexting but there is 43534543634 other ways to stop her from doing that...
