Its so true. Why was none of this exposed in the primaries? I'm not too sure how much it would have helped, but it might have damaged his momentum earlier on in the primary before his supporters established a cult around him.
You can actually blame the media for a lot of this. They save a lot of oppo for the GE so it has more impact.

The deadline of getting put on a ballet has passed in most states, so Pence wouldn't be able to be voted for in those states. Plus those with early voting who have already voted for Trump wouldn't be able to change their vote.
