Use is a verb. If you use something, intention is implied. There's a reason the video's title doesn't use the word use.
I know his intention wasn't to use the man's head to break through the glass. He'd have done it otherwise.
We already discussed the through part so let that go. You don't know if he intentionally slammed him hard enough to want to cause damage or not. Unless you spoke to him, did you?
