He didn't actually use his head to crack the windshield, so the title is misleading.
I don't understand how he was jaywalking if that's his truck in the back. How can you jaywalk while driving?

Lord. The police chief's statement doesn't even match what happens on the video. I didn't see any resistance. How was he jaywalking in his vehicle?

It doesn't matter whether you think it was racially motivated (it is). Or if you think there is more to the story.
One thing is fact. That is excessive force. The officer should never have used enough force to crack the windscreen. It's absolutely disgusting.

Yes.
Your title suggests that the officer intentionally uses the black man's skull to crack his windshield, which is simply false. And no I don't.
