She says- "if people were calling in the radio you would hear my music, but it's become about their politics and who they've signed with.

Exactly this. She's not saying her label's never did it before, she's saying that's what you have to do in order to be played.

This is exactly why streaming is the future. I don't remember the last time I listened to the radio.

HER song we can't stop was slaying streaming and sales yet radio was hesitating to play it and dropped it quick despite its longevity on the sales and streaming.

We Can't Stop was flopping on radio at first and only reached #9, and that's after the video blew up and the song was at #2 on iTunes for weeks and weeks.

Dead Petz is a good record, just because you can't dance to it, doesnt mean is trash lol, this site is full of people that thinks that if you dont do pop to dance in a club, your music sucks or if you dont get hits (and dont call her a flop because she didnt send any song to radio, it was a free album)
