Toy guns would concern me not so much for "promoting violence," but because (1) it really isn't smart to walk around with even a fake gun these days (you'll upset others, make them feel unsafe) and (2) people get killed because police think they might have a gun so holding a fake gun is probably not a good idea.

"Is Racist" - What if she's part Native American, but is just white looking? Who is it for us to judge what ethnicity they are?

"Promotes Violence" - This is a common costume where I'm from since I live in a town right next to a major base. Most of these kids want to be just like their moms or dads who are in the military already. 100% fine.

"Is objectifying" - Also, what if the kids parents are a police office and they want to be just like them? The handcuffs might be a little much but the rest of the outfit is fine.
