Most Atheist circles in the US are heavily-white and male though and overlap (shockingly) with a lot of far-right conservatives spheres like Egalitarians who are racism-deniers. You also get Holocaust-deniers and a bunch of other racist types when dealing with some typical Atheists.
They'd have to not be a bigot, basically.

how is this a bad thing when it's purely coincidental?. Are atheists telling POCs and women not be atheists or something? and what most atheists do is take the middle ground on social issues. It's just your definitions of racism that has been stretched so wide that makes you think those circles are racist
