Yes and this odd phenomenon needs to stop. Two clowns tried breaking into my dorm last night and 3 others were defacing gravestones at a nearby cemetery. Literally every morning with fog I'm just like nope I'm gonna just sleep in until it clears out in case these insane freaks are still lurking out there. My hometown just had a Walgreens broken into by one with a gun in their possession and I'm just so confused as to why this is all happening...
