Right? I've never particularly cared much for Kim but these past few days have turned me into Giselle I'm defending her so much. People are being so disgusting towards her.

The concierge did it. Why would they bring him up in the first place? Why not just take the key from him?

Because if they leave him in the lobby then he can call the police/security while they're upstairs? I mean, I still think the concierge may have been in on the whole thing but I think that bringing him up was part of the act so he wouldn't be suspected. If he was indeed calm during the whole ordeal, he either was in shock or not a good actor.

All of that being said, I'm still waiting for more facts to be released before I decide to hop off the fence since very little factual information has been released about the situation (although I am leaning towards she's not lying).
