UA student Ryan Parish has been suspended and removed from campus for online threats of violence, according to University officials.
Parish was reported to the University for issuing racially-specific threats against another student through Facebook messaging and comments on Tuesday night through the Alabama Student Ticket Exchange page.
Screenshots of the threats were sent to the University's twitter account by Shaun King, a writer and activist affiliated with the Black Lives Matter movement.
A student from this university also went viral on Twitter because he called his gay teacher the F word (in a sub tweet) and then the teacher found it and replied, "I'll see you in class Thursday".
People in the south may be low-key racist, but nothing bothers them more than being publicly accused of being a racist or being associated with one (unless they really don't give a ****).
