He needs to put American and European cultural differences into consideration, Americans are usually more flashy.. just because you show off your wealth doesnt mean that you deserve to have your private residency broken into when you’re sleeping. But I think he's approaching something of a point. The Kardashians have built their brand off of showing their wealth and extravagant lifestyles. This in a world where so many people struggle with basic necessities and have to work away like slaves just to stay alive. It's not right that she was assaulted and robbed, but there are desperate people out there and if you project wealth, it makes you a target.

Ehh, not really. I haven't seen the Instagram post in question, but I know plenty of (very) old money people whose social media profiles would seem like they're "bragging". They won't say how much anything cost, but they'll post pictures of themselves in first class on flights, in penthouse swimming pools in skyscrapers in Manhattan, on golf courses, etc. They're showing their wealth off one way or another.

Erm i actually agree. He's right. She's not "one of us". She's a super famous celebrity - who in 2016, doesn't strive for privacy and security, but shares her location and items all over social media.

And then complains when someone robs her at the right place, right time. If she did even get robbed.

Also, he's not saying she DESERVED to be robbed, it's just common sense. The police, your parents etc all tell you not to flash your expensive stuff around in people's faces for this very reason. Anyone comparing this to a rape analogy is seriously delusional. You can't compare them. Completely not the same thing.
