Focus on vocals + instruments? Like half of her performances already do?
Not sure why some people are averse to the idea when she's given many piano (that's an instrument) performances, even in the crux of Gagamania. I wouldn't expect anything less from a classically trained musician. There'll probably still be some spectacle, it just won't be a theatre production.
