These are just two computer models; the forecasters use many more, as well as ensembles that consist of the same model ran several dozen times to make their forecasts.

The current cone can be seen here. It contains the Carolinas, so there's a real possibility of landfall there.

Probably a longer flight path. Check with the airlines.

Pray for Jamaica, Haiti, Cuba, and the Bahamas. They cannot withstand regular storms let alone a category 4/5. This will no doubt be devastating and people will most likely die and lose their homes. Very sad stuff.
