those other ways wont have a similar effect this has
those other ways won't generate as much as attention this will.

This is one a whole other level than her stepping out in sheer outfits or donning a new hairtsyle which she has been doing the whole week attending PFW and no one talked about any of that, not on a scale this is being talked about.
It's getting her as much coverage as her coincidentally filming Kanye/Taylor conversations and then leaking them.
Whether or not it's staged is up for debate, but it's undeniable how effortlessly and rapidly this is getting her press and attention compared to anything she has done in a while.
I can't imagine why someone would lie about something like this. At MOST, a detail or two may have been stretched, but to go trash a person who went through all of this is rather alarming and cruel.
