A solid 3/5. It's not a progression like ITZ and Blackout were or even anything of real artistic merit, mostly a compilation of Britney songs that sound good for 2016.
It has some of her best songs, it's well produced, for the most part the lyrics are okay and the vocals are nice too. Britney has never been an album artist and she still isn't but at least this time around the music is listenable.
I don't listen to it though, only listened to it about 3 times in full and then just downloaded 4 or 5 songs that I listen to every now and then
It's a good album overall, but like everyone else says, there are no major standout tracks.
Daily Rotation: Man on the Moon, Love Me Down, If I'm Dancing Still Regularly Listen To: Invitation, Just Luv Me, Do You Wanna Come Over No Longer Use At All: Private Show, Clumsy, What You Need, Liar
So I'd say I regularly listen to 6/17 tracks & do not use 4/17. The remaining 7 are fine, but I haven't listened in a while.
6.5/10. A few amazing songs (Just Luv Me, Just Like Me, Love Me Down, Liar, Better, Clumsy), good or decent songs (Make Me, Invitation, Change Your Mind, Man on the Moon, Do You Wanna Come Over?, If I'm Dancing, Hard to Forget Ya). But also really bad songs (Coupure Electrique, Slumber Party, What You Need, Private Show).
Overall a great album with career highlights, but also a lot of duds and bad songs.
