If I had time for a good breakfast, I'd usually have eggs over medium/hard, avocado with toast, and maybe English- or French-style scrambled eggs with grapefruit juice.
I also really like the energy bowls from Jamba Juice.
My daddy gives me 1 cream filled churro and a 3 spoons of delicious yoghurt per breakfast (I can't eat too much of that tho because if I eat too much it makes me poo myself).
