Aurora: I've gotten a lot of Fans bc of Katy's tweet
She included a link to the song’s video — which is now up to 13 million views.
“I woke up to all this activity on my phone,” Aurora says. “My manager had sent me a screen shot of the tweet. I thought ‘Wow, that’s strange, but very nice of her’. I think I have got a lot of fans from the ‘States and Brazil and Mexico because of that tweet. I didn’t use Twitter or social media before I became an artist. I’ve been trying as much as I can to be a good artist on social media, it’s quite important in today’s world.”
My friend who works for radio said that she made him realize that in her culture they talk so much closer to your face than other cultures. Judging by the pic, maybe that's true.
He also said that she had NO stage fright what so ever.
She's always supporting small artists cause she know what she went trhough when she was nobody in the music industry and needed someone or something to pull her in the game. Proud
