Series creator Jason Katims more or less confirmed that a revival will likely happen at some point!
"There’s nothing happening right now, but when the time is right I would love to revisit it," Jason told TVLine.com. "It would start at the moment when I feel like I have a story to tell. But the whole thing about Parenthood is the kids get a little older and their lives change and then there’s more story to tell. I feel like that will happen at some point. And then it will be a question of, logistically, can we get the actors [back together] at the same time? And then we have to [find an outlet] that wants to [air] it."
they can keep it tbh, I got about 2 and a half seasons in and then realised the storyline was literally going NOWHERE none of the characters are interesting, it's literally just like looking through a window into an everyday person's life

I've been ready to start season 4 of Parenthood for like 2 years now (I used to start and quit new shows too often), but it's such a cute show and I really need to finish it soon.
