as for the Font, not sure of the names but a futuristic font (any font you think fits I'm sure I'll like)

um, i'm a little busy today. pm me the picture and i'll do it asap beammeup's will be done first though.

and they're scanlines they get old after a while, though. i need to think of some new looks for my avatars.
to use them:

Download PhotoFiltre. Then go to Filter > Stylize > Scanlines > Black / White Scanlines (choose whichever makes the color pop most for your liking.)
