Not in the foreseeable future, no. They could build up and get cute little fanbases (even more so than usual) but a major breakthrough isn't likely for no.

How much of the sales from those multiple 1M selling Kpop songs come from outside South Korea?
But I'm actually talking in general. I don't know anyone outside the internet who knows what Kpop is, unlike those other genres.
They don't release sales figures, but with acts like BlackPink topping WW iTunes (Korea doesn't have iTunes btw), I'm guessing it's a lot.
