Impossible to tell without accurate US sales and streaming numbers. But unlikely. I think it's like 7-8x Plat.

I'd estimate it's just over 8M in SEA since it's at 3.1M in pure sales and the singles are 47xPlatinum minimum. If you round up the single sales/streams to 50xPlatinum then it would be a 8.1M with SEA.

Roar was less local to the US than DH/Firework. Roar should definitely be eligible for 10x Plat by now though, Dark Horse might even be eligible for 11x Plat.

Not an accurate estimation because streaming certification rules have updated since her last certifications (1 sale = 150 on-demand streams now, not 100 on-demand streams). So basically the streaming component of each cert is now only worth 66% of what it used to be.

She might only be as high as 6x Plat with the new rules. I haven't (and won't) bother doing an estimation because it's just too hard to account for US-only YouTube and Spotify (and Apple Music etc.) streams.

Her certs are so confusing. How is Teenage Dream, a streaming flop, certified for 2-3mil more than what it sold, yet Last Friday Night, a streaming giant, is only certified for 300k more than what it sold?

3x Plat in pure sales. Its cert hasn't been updated to include TEA/SPS yet. Still won't go Diamond anytime soon though.
