That would've made sense, but I think they did this because Pop is playing more Rihanna songs (Too Good, Needed Me, TIWYCF) than Rhythmic or Urban so they want to make sure nothing is in the way of LOTB. I'm not sure, though, cause they've sent this to Rhythmic and Urban while Needed Me is still Top10 there..
