All have potential. I think Zara Larsson will be the biggest and have staying power for the next 10+ years, Halsey's next era will be really huge but then she'll kind of fade into obscurity and go back to doing her indie thing, kind of like Lana post-Born To Die. Hailee Steinfeld will either happen in a MAJOR way or she'll unexpectedly disappear after one era, I don't really see a middle ground for her. MØ has potential but she might get stuck as a Major Lazer feature girl if she doesn't break out on her own soon. I feel like Daya is right on the edge of becoming huge, but she could take a big break between now and her next album, like Lorde is doing. Astrid S probably won't ever happen but she deserves it so much.
Dua will have a huge cult following but will never really make it big unless she scores a hit collab, I think.
