If ARTPOP had recieved the same amount of success TF/TFM had would we had gotten ACT II as LG5?

Not sure if ACT II specifically, but she would've gone the weird/colorful route for LG5, and we would've gotten Applause's successor as a lead single instead of PI. Not that I'm complaining. I, for one, am very looking forward to Gaga's indie-esque era

Of course they would've milked it.
