Why would she not choose this photo? Her face looks so seductive and mature and not to mention how pretty it looks. It's not even on any of her new much.
I actually don't hate the pictures she used for the two covers but honestly, she should've used the SNL photoshoot.
It fit with the theme SO much better, would've made a really classic and iconic-looking album cover.

Wait which one? The one of her squating in the suit? If so I agree but I feel like that would have been too basic kiiii. Like it would definitely fit the progression you see with her previous albums where she has a nice pose and you would see her slowly start becoming less timid throughout her covers but I'm glad she tried out the whole sex bunny thing.
