and good for her for being conscious of one of the most neglected and overlooked issues this country needs to address
tell that to a person whos suffering with it. ocd is known as a joke because of stuff like this. if you want to raise awareness you need to stop joking about it. im glad she saw the light.

For all you know, Katy may well have been diagnosed with OCD and is trying to raise awareness of it through light hearted tweets. It's certainly better than people totally ignoring mental health there's no need to be so quick to judge
she didn't joke about mental illnesses. it's just the sensitive homo's on here (like you careerfatality) who gets offended by everything

great to see katy educating people on metal illnesses a lot of people pay this dust and think this isn't that important, which is sad because a lot of people suffer from depression or other mental disorders
some of you need education i suffer from it. you need to look it up before posting dumb comments like that. there is a great difference between being aware and sensitive.

i'm bipolar and have ocd. i'm very educated. stop trying to play the victim here when you posted that dumb shady comment about ''making progress''
if you think that "joke" is contributing and is not a problem, you are not educated in the matter. step outside the stan world for once and think about how celebrities can affect people.
I have diagnosed OCD and I joke about it all the time. I'm also manic depressive with self harming tendencies and violent mood swings. There is a lot of education needed. People need to learn that if you think something is wrong to seek help. It's also very important that people be understanding of people with mental illness.

So if she didn't joke about it, was she being literal? Pretty sure that's not the case But keep defending her & the "education" she's providing you.
