Discussion: Do you believe in finding your ONE TRUE LOVE?

I honestly think that finding our one true love is never going to be easy. It is because we meet someone who just doesn’t quite make it sometimes. And after so many heartbreaks, eating a lot of junk food, and crying to our friends, it’s still hard to know if we are already with someone we can consider to be our one true love.

Have you found your one true love?
if Yes, are you still together?
if Not, are you still hopeful to find or meet him/her in the future?
is there such thing as one true love?

Yes.

But I don't have one.
I have already accepted that I would be alone for the rest of my life. But I still want to have kids though

for me, I think I have found my one true love but I think we are going to undergo tons of challenges and it is making me feel sad.

in a world full of temptations, i think its hard to sustain a lasting relationship with your one true love

If you honestly don't trust that your relationship with that person would work then that is definitely not your 'one true love'

Sorry I disagree, You can have trust issues e.t.c with the person you're with .. it's all about fixing problems that come up during your relationship ..

Thank you jack! your comment made me affirm to myself that my feeling is just normal. We are in a long distance relationship rn so im feeling doubtful. he's the one who is more assuring me that everything is fine. thanks!

I don't believe it exists. There are many people who you can have a connection and fall in love with, it's very very unlikely that there is somebody out there who has no flaws in your eyes and is your perfect match. When you love someone you can see past their flaws, and I believe that is true love, but I don't believe it can only happen with one person.

I somehow agree with this. Before I consider him as my OTL, he showed his true self to me, flaws, and all. i have grown to love it.
