I'm planning a trip with some friends for after I graduate college this December, and I wanted to hear if you all had any suggestions.
Obviously, it will be winter at the time, so I want to make sure wherever I go is still fun and has things to do.
Criteria:
-in the U.S.
-legal recreational marijuana
-fun things to do for people in their young–mid-20s
-cute local bar scene
-LGBT-friendly (ideally, a nice LGBT scene we could check out)
Do you guys have any suggestions? I've always wanted to visit Portland or Colorado, but is it actually fun to travel there in the middle of winter?

I went to this shop and asked for marijuana chocolate, but apparently you need a license. Only like 10 places sell it easily
