It's been promoted almost as much as Make Me with 0 to no results, if it wasn't a promo single SP and JLM would be over it in streams.

Why the song have to sound similar to "Closer", "Cold Water", "Cheap Thrills" to become a smash?Personally, chasing trends to get a hit would backlash (Pretty Girls). And you really that Britney has a chance of getting into top 10 this era with ANY single?

Yeah, right. SP was included on Teen Party playlist on Spotify (+2M followers) and JLM was added to some playlist at the beginning so let's not saying they are doing good on their own.

I wouldn't do too much on the today show performance which also had no impact on Make me increasing.

Today show was just not a good performance.

I know that people were looking at Do you wanna being promoted on Today show and seeing no boost but to be fair neither did Make me. The performances were not that great and it wasn't her crowd.

Literally the only way I can see Brit getting another hit this era is having a bomb ass music video. Clearly radio isn't here for her so we can't rely on that. She needs a "Wrecking Ball" or "Anaconda" type of music video where it gets people talking again. "Slumber Party" has the potential to have a great music video down those lines.

I 110% agree with that. As much as the whole "We need the original 'Make Me' video!!@!" mess got annoying, I do think the song would have done better with a video that was less forgettable.

I thought also that she should do a video era. Like shoot a lot of MVs to keep your era going. No need to make people buy million of singles. She sold already a lot in her career. She should give us MVs.

Maybe because Closer, Cold Water and Cheap Thrills is exactly what radio plays in 2016? And that is Better, which would do well on the radio, so yes I see that going top 10 and Just Luv Me too. Pretty Girls was not really chasing any trends, it was a basic typical Britney song and look how it ended. If she wants to chase trends, she needs to do it right (Just Luv Me) and if she doesn't, she needs to release a good song like Slumber Party that can appeal to the gp because Do You Wanna Come Over? won't be touched by neither radio nor gp, only gays will use it.
