Because it's a slower song, so it takes a lot more time. Also it's Meghan, and her singles take a while. LIMGLY took a few months. She's only promoted once on Fallon and they never even uploaded the performance to YouTube.
I would be VERY surprised if they snubbed it. They know it's a smash and she did say they were going to release more singles from this album than Title.
