I don't know if it's just me, but lately I've been feeling like a lot of people on this forum are intolerant of anyone that isn't white. It's kind of turning me off this place; The Lounge used to be one of the few places where everyone wasn't so negative, but the constant racism and transphobia in here is getting tiring.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

More like the opposite. All I see is people talking about how racist, sexist and transphobic ATRL is because of 2 or 3 trolls. There are far more people complaining about white gays but I guess that's ok because apparently they're no longer discriminated against.
A lot of people seem to think if someone finds a white guy attractive it's because they're "a basic white twink" but if you don't find a POC guy attractive it's because you're racist.

also people who refuse to try and recognise anyone that identifies outside of the boy-girl gender binary it's depressing.
there's also ethnic fetishists here (I remember seeing a post that fetishised arabians and another that fetishised black people [yes I know black ≠ ethnicity, I just wanted to throw that in there]) which honestly makes me want to gag
then there's trump supporters that literally support him to spite hillary it's funny bc almost all of them aren't americans/have an american citizenship it's like, you're not gonna be able to vote in this election, so just drop the act

there's also the lowkey (and sometimes highkey) racist members who don't know what they're doing until they either get reported for their racism or someone else exposes them

Is alt-right the new buzzword or something? Conservative ideology is certainly seeming more popular here, but outside of the more vehement anti-sj posts it's not very alt-right at all.
