She still has sold 30M, that's huge fpr a foreign artist. She obviously doesn't get the Radio support that US acts get, that's why the singles don't got Top 10. Still, She Wolf and Waka Waka, Empire went Platinum. Also, why do you bring up the US when we're talking overall career and global appeal
? The Anti era wasn't perceived very well in Europe, Rihanna is declining with 27. Shakira at her age was still top of the world with Hips.
