But sis, come on let's not be delusional. All of Taylor's first five singles from 1989 still get played on the radio. In fact, even I Knew You Were Trouble still gets played. Meanwhile, not a single one of Ariana's My Everything singles gets played and Into You and Dangerous Woman will probably fall off radio completely within a few months. I would be shocked if payola isn't involved.
And some of you didn't believe me when I said radio would start dropping Into You like a rock as soon as Side To Side got sent for adds. As I've said, radio only makes exceptions for certain artists like Taylor (but I'm sure she does a sh*tload of payola, seeing as Style and Wildest Dreams are still in the top 100 of radio - higher than Dangerous Woman).
Radio just hates her music this time around and idk why.
I guess that's always been a weak market for her though.
