Maluma said something about this album being Shakira's "renaissance", and that he's proud to be part of it. He said that it'll be a really upbeat song and that it's a "toma y da", meaning that he's not forcing Shakira into his music nor forcing himself onto hers, it's more of a collaborative effort between the two. But he also said he brought his producers with him and that "he wanted to drive Shakira into what he is as an artist".
Basically, he confirmed it's a Reggaeton song with that last sentence. Also, Reggaeton is considered an urban genre. I'm so ready
