What classifies as a non-peaceful protest? If it's legal and doesn't go against any local or federal rules, then there should be nothing to worry about, even if it isn't "peaceful".

If it's outright damage of property, vandalism, noise pollution, assault, shoplifting, etc. Then nobody of any race or color should be encouraged to do that, for their own sake and so that they stay out of trouble, and that's not a racist request at all.

Though in some rare cases, civil disobedience may be necessary to take place in our society.
