What's funny is that my last phone before getting a smartphone was a Samsung flip phone. I adored it. It looked like the HP Spectre. It was gorgeous.

They've always been quality but what's hurting them is that instead of seeing how they can be better than their last phone, they're focused on being better than the next iPhone. If they looked inward they would remove TouchWiz and refine their features. They would use their heft to put a stop to carriers adding their own apps and of course remove their own bloatware. It's sad that people are getting hurt because they wanted their phone out before the iPhone 7
