Well Rise had no real promo and wasn't on Spotify playlists which is where the majority of the GP find out about new music these days first. That and radio, where Rise was also not supported because it was supposed to just be for the Olympics. There is no excuse for Make Me or Perfect Illusion other than the GP just don't care.
DNC performance seems like a big deal to me + PI had no televised performance just couple of radio interviews (not like Gp would like it either way the song is trash)

Career Stillbirth is better than at leats a couple of tracks on the album.
Overall definitely their weakest but great standouts.
Char & Fleece are easily among their best songs.
