It works for Portugal. Wouldn't work in the U.S. They can barely care for the needs of mental health, prescribed addictions.
Plus you have free healthcare and a common understanding between government / police / healthcare / charities.
I can't imagine U.S. handing out clean needles and crack pipes, avoiding joint smoking areas etc. They'll arrest everyone.
May work in the United Kingdom. We have problems with healthcare as it is post-migrant crisis. Maybe one day?
Your body would thank you much more for some deep breathing or yoga. Shouldn't be illegal but don't make it available at retail locations.
